A little blog about the installation of a new CAE Airbus A320 Flight Simulator at the US Airways Phoenix Training Center.
Day 5 - September 6th
Today the boxes that arrived last night were unpacked, the visual dome was moved inside and partially assembled. Parts were staged and then the crates were broken down and put into the dumpster.
Awesome, I'm interested to hear all about the electric motion system. Every time I see a sim unloaded, I see Claude??? He's like the king of sim moves! HAHA
Any way thanks for sharing, we are getting our 777 sim delivered in about a week. Maybe I'll do a blog for it. :D
Hi! My name is Ron Sorensen. I'm a Flight Simulator Development Engineer at US Airways in Phoenix. I thought I'd slap together this little blog so anyone interested in this kind of stuff could see our newest simulator being installed. Enjoy.
...unless, of course, you decide that you need to be rude, vulgar or negative about any airline, company or person in any way. This is my blog where I can share something fun, not a place for you to vent your spleen. Please behave!
